Roles & Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Handle complaints, queries, and suggestions from crew and OCC (Operations Control Center) staff.
- Ensure client-centric and successful resolution of tickets, requests, feedback, and queries within 48 hours SLA.
- Maintain Documentation
- Ensure all system/ticket documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all involved parties.
- Document changes in system design or functionalities effectively.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with different business groups to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Follow up on escalated tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Process Improvement
- Study, evaluate, and redesign processes to improve crew support quality.
- Monitor service metrics and implement changes based on results.
- Team Support
- Assist management with departmental tasks and projects as delegated.
- Foster a transparent, helpful, and trustworthy image of ICare among clients.
- Compliance and Leadership
- Stay updated on the latest CAR (Civil Aviation Requirements) and DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) rules.
- Exhibit strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Salary Package
