Amazon Internship Responsibilities
As a Team Lead Intern, you will:
- Manage the daily operations of a large site or a group of smaller locations, handling both inbound and outbound processes.
- Ensure customer metrics are met while maintaining cost targets, team morale, and safety.
- Oversee performance management for your team, including designing and implementing training and development programs for associates.
- Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance performance.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
- Serve as a substitute for the Area Manager when required.
- Be responsible for managing day and night shifts effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- Recent graduates who are eager to work in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or customer-facing environments.
- Strong execution skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work efficiently in ambiguous situations.
