Roles & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting Talent: Supporting the hiring process to identify and onboard the best candidates.
• Background Checks and Onboarding: Assisting with verification processes and helping new employees integrate seamlessly.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Gaining exposure to tasks like drafting employee handbooks, conducting induction sessions, and managing other aspects of the employee experience.

Location

The internship is based in Mumbai, offering exposure to a dynamic work environment in a metropolitan city.

Duration

The internship will run for a period of 3 months, providing ample time to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.
