BookMyShow Internship Roles & Responsibilities

Update and manage the availability of tickets for events and performances.
Maintain accurate records of seat allocations where applicable.
Handle external communication with customers regarding payment confirmations.
Collaborate with internal teams (ticketing agents, finance, leadership, and group companies) to ensure accurate payment updates.
Update the Order Management System (OMS) with ticket sales, payments, and other service details.
Follow up on pending tickets, payments, and related issues with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Determine and verify ticket prices based on seating, event details, and other criteria.
