Godrej Consumer Products Internship Responsibilities

As a Sales Trainee, your key duties will include:

Sales Management
- Overseeing and directing a team of sales representatives (DSRs) to achieve growth targets.
- Leveraging opportunities in:
  - Key geographic areas.
  - Partnerships with channel vendors.
  - Sales infrastructure and processes.
Planning and Organizing
- Developing and implementing the Year Operating Plan (YOP) with focus areas and enablers.
- Setting monthly targets and conducting regular field reviews.
- Driving processes and executing trade inputs such as schemes and trade programs.
Team Management
- Mentoring and guiding the sales team to enhance performance.
- Promoting relationship building, team learning, and growth.
- Managing performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Data Analysis
- Analyzing performance data from target regions.
