About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining software programs that are deployed at client environments. The focus is on understanding client requirements, ensuring high-quality development, improving system performance, and maintaining strict quality assurance standards.
Role Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to build reliable and efficient software solutions that meet 100% quality assurance parameters, support client operations, and deliver optimal performance across systems and applications.
What You Will Be Doing
You will work closely with project managers, system analysts, and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into feasible software designs. Your responsibilities include analyzing system flows, data usage, and processes, identifying problem areas, performing root cause analysis, and suggesting improvements to enhance system availability and performance.
You will be involved in coding, testing, and validating software modules, creating and executing test cases, fixing defects, upgrading interfaces, and ensuring error-free code. You will also document project activities, prepare technical reports, track daily progress, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients.
In addition, you will support customer interactions by responding to queries on time, maintaining professional business communication, and ensuring smooth delivery with no quality complaints. Continuous learning and skill enhancement will be part of the role to stay updated with best practices and new technologies.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
This role requires 1–3 years of experience in Telecom NMS Data Modelling (South Bound). You should have strong skills in software development, testing, system analysis, and quality assurance. The ability to work across the software development life cycle (SDLC) and collaborate in cross-functional teams is essential.
Education Qualification
Candidates should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization. Postgraduates are also eligible to apply.
