Organizing onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Assisting with initiatives related to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
Creating creative presentations for training programs.
Conducting pre- and post-training evaluations to assess learning outcomes.
Collaborating with employees to ensure timely completion of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
Maintaining and updating data using MIS (Management Information Systems).
Facilitating online training sessions and supporting digital learning initiatives.
Documenting and managing data related to virtual training sessions.
Assisting with research and benchmarking tasks for the HR department.
