Trade Surveillance:
- Review and analyze trade surveillance reports/alerts
- Investigate irregularities and abnormal activities in employee and client trading activities
- Document findings and complete alert sign-offs
Process Documentation and Reporting:
- Define and document operational processes for monitoring reports
- Create Management Information (MI) reports periodically
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Escalate unresolved issues or potential violations of policies or regulations to the appropriate management levels
- Collaborate with Compliance and Business Unit teams to ensure adherence to rules and regulations
Team Efficiency:
- Assist senior managers in enhancing team efficiency and improving operational processes
