About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our customers resolve their issues efficiently. Your main responsibility will be to improve customer experience by handling account and transaction-related queries and providing effective support.
Responsibilities:
- Put the customer first in every interaction, promptly resolving their issues.
- Handle queries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.
- Switch between phone and data channels to provide effective support.
- Follow process guidelines to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Build trust with customers through positive interactions.
- Meet daily and hourly productivity goals.
- Use internal resources to address customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Suggest improvements to make processes smoother.
- Educate customers on how to make the best use of PhonePe’s services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner and active listener.
- Excellent customer orientation, with the ability to adapt to different scenarios.
- Team player, open to feedback, flexible, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; additional South Indian languages are a plus.
- Must have completed graduation (10+2+3).
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
