Flex Hiring Freshers Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level resolution for customer queries and issues related to Accounts Payable.
- Build rapport with customers through active listening, effective communication, and attention to detail.
- Address customer concerns and objections, ensuring smooth and efficient problem resolution.
- Document all customer interactions, including technical issues, in the service management system.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate support.
Flex Hiring Freshers Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Sourcing & Procurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients via calls, chat, and email.
- Strong listening and interpretation skills, with an ability to resolve customer issues.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Flex Hiring Freshers Preferred Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with .NET, Java, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3 will be a plus.
