Xiaomi Internship Roles & Responsibilities

As an Employer Branding Intern, your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation:
- Writing engaging internal communications, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Drafting job descriptions, employee features, and event announcements that align with Xiaomi’s style.
Social Media Management:
- Crafting creative narratives, hashtags, and captions for platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Assisting in campaign ideation and implementation.
Collaboration:
- Partnering with the creative team to develop videos, graphics, and marketing materials.
- Supporting team efforts in planning and executing branding activities and events.
Design Assistance:
- Using tools like Adobe Spark or Canva for creating simple designs or making quick edits.
Market Research:
- Staying updated on trends, competitor strategies, and innovative content formats to enhance Xiaomi’s employer brand.
