About the Job
The bank is hiring a Relationship Manager – RBG (Retail Banking Group) to handle end-to-end relationships with agricultural and rural customers. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, promoting agri-loan and deposit products, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through regular field engagement.
Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will work directly with farmers, agri-traders, and allied rural businesses. You will conduct field visits to understand customer needs, ensure proper loan utilization, and support business growth while maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
You will acquire and manage Retail Agri customers, including farmers and agri-related businesses. The role requires achieving business targets across Agri Loans, Deposits, and cross-sell products. You will conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and loan utilization checks to ensure compliance and credit quality.
You will be responsible for accurate credit appraisal, loan documentation, and adherence to internal banking policies. Monitoring portfolio performance, minimizing delinquencies, and building strong, long-term customer relationships through reliable and professional banking service will be a core part of the job.

Skills & Experience Required
Candidates should have experience in Agri Finance, Rural Banking, or Agricultural Lending. Strong relationship management and field sales skills are essential. Knowledge of working capital finance, tractor loans, agribusiness lending, and rural markets will be an advantage.
