Stirring Minds is hiring dedicated and communication-focused interns for a full-time, in-office Subscription Management internship. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with clients, understanding business needs, and building long-term professional relationships.
About the Internship
This internship focuses on customer retention, subscription continuation, and revenue growth. Interns will work closely with existing clients to ensure smooth renewals, resolve concerns, and improve overall customer experience. You will gain real exposure to CRM systems, account handling, and cross-team coordination.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As an intern, you will manage assigned client accounts and take ownership of the complete subscription continuation process. Your role will include connecting with customers before their subscription expires, understanding how they use the service, and ensuring there is no disruption in their experience. You will address questions related to pricing, service value, or usage and coordinate with internal teams like Sales, Support, and Finance to resolve any issues.
You will regularly update client records, forecasts, and renewal status in CRM tools, work toward retention and revenue targets, and identify opportunities for plan upgrades or account growth. Documentation, invoicing follow-ups, and sharing feedback with management on customer trends and cancellations will also be part of your work.

Skills Required

Stipend Details
