About the Internship

Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will assist in managing e-commerce backend operations, including handling orders and preparing labels for dispatch. You will monitor and analyze sales performance, maintain reports related to order dispatching and inventory availability, and ensure records are accurate.
You will also provide customer support, responding to queries and resolving basic issues in a timely manner. Along with this, you will collaborate with the sales team to support business goals and daily operational tasks.
