Internship Overview
As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to support end-to-end hiring activities. Your role will involve coordinating with candidates, maintaining hiring records, and ensuring smooth communication between applicants and the hiring team.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the KAM to understand hiring requirements and finalize role expectations
- Assist in drafting and aligning job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Review incoming applications and conduct the first level of candidate screening
- Handle initial candidate interactions, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups
- Share regular recruitment progress updates with the hiring team
- Adjust sourcing and screening strategies based on feedback to improve candidate quality
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
- Conduct large-scale outreach (up to 120 candidates per day) for interview scheduling and coordination
- Ensure timely, professional, and clear communication throughout the hiring process
