Top Speech Health is hiring a Marketing & Growth Specialist for a full-time work from home internship. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys marketing, storytelling, data analysis, and growth-focused work in a fast-moving startup environment. You will work closely with the founder and play a direct role in building and scaling the brand in the online speech therapy space.
About the Internship
This internship offers real responsibility and hands-on experience. You will plan, run, and improve marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms while helping the company reach a global audience. The work you do will directly impact awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Daily Responsibilities
In this role, you will create and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, paid advertisements, influencer collaborations, and PR channels. You will work on educational and promotional content designed for healthcare-focused audiences and manage the brand’s social media presence with a strong storytelling approach.
You will regularly track campaign performance, study engagement and conversion data, and improve results through testing and optimization. The role also includes identifying and managing partnerships with influencers, institutions, and professional organizations to expand brand reach.
Skills Required

What You Will Receive
- Monthly fixed stipend of ₹14,000 – ₹15,000
- Performance-based incentive of ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month
