About the Role
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers. Amazon does not believe in scripted conversations, so you will receive proper training to solve customer problems in your own way while delivering an excellent experience.
This is a work from home job, available only for candidates based in Delhi, India. The role is seasonal/contractual, with a minimum 40-hour work week.
Working Hours and Shifts
This position requires flexibility, as you will work day, late, or overnight shifts based on customer demand. Shifts are scheduled Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 6 AM to 11 PM.
