    About the Job

    You will handle international voice-based customer support, assist customers with queries, and ensure a high-quality service experience. The role requires strong English communication and comfort with night shifts.

    What You Will Do

    • Handle inbound and outbound international voice queries
    • Provide customer resolutions with clarity and professionalism
    • Maintain service quality and meet process expectations
    • Work in night shifts and support global customers

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Minimum qualification: 10+2
    • Graduates and postgraduates can also apply
    • Freshers eligible; BPO experience is an advantage
    • Excellent English communication is mandatory
    • Comfortable with night shifts, rotating week offs and flexible schedules
    • Candidate must be Delhi-based (mandatory for this WFH role)

    Salary

    Annual CTC: ₹3,85,000 – ₹4,56,750

    Additional Benefits

    • Zeta meal card: ₹1,100/month
    • Internet allowance: ₹1,250/month (WFH)
    • Health insurance up to ₹5,00,000
    • Night shift allowance: ₹150–₹225 per shift
    • Overtime allowance as per business requirement
    • 5-day working week with 2 consecutive offs
