About the Job
In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with key shipper accounts using Amazon’s trusted shipping network. The focus is on ensuring a smooth shipper experience, resolving operational issues, and supporting business growth through data-driven actions and coordination with internal teams.
What You Will Be Doing
You will act as a point of contact for shipper accounts, handle day-to-day operational queries, and ensure service quality is maintained. This role requires strong English communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-changing, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
You will handle customer inquiries related to pickup schedules, delivery status, and shipment issues, investigate lost, damaged, or delayed packages, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to improve service performance. You will coordinate with delivery partners and internal teams, manage pickup and delivery escalations, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to customers. You will also monitor key business parameters such as operations, claims, and receivables, and proactively escalate critical issues when required.
Skills & Experience Required
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in communicating results to clients and stakeholders. You must be able to speak, read, and write fluent English and take instructions confidently in English. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in shipping, logistics, B2B operations, or SME support, is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
