About the Role

Since Fulfillment Center operations involve large teams and manual processes, the Team Leader role is crucial in guiding associates, maintaining safety standards, and driving performance as per Amazon’s standard work practices.
As a Team Leader, you will initially be involved in planning and executing the launch of the Pantry FC. After the launch phase, you will take complete ownership of end-to-end daily operations, including inbound, outbound, and ICQA activities at a 3P-operated Pantry FC. You will be responsible for meeting customer-facing metrics, controlling operational costs, and ensuring the safety, morale, and productivity of the team reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing daily site operations, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining overall site health. You will regularly conduct inventory audits, 4M and 5S audits, and closely monitor operational performance. Strong execution skills and the ability to take ownership are essential, as you will be managing operations independently once the site is stabilized.

Eligibility and Experience
Candidates should be graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
