Key Responsibilities
Understand functional requirements from FSD and BRD documents and convert them into effective test scenarios
Design, execute, and maintain test cases for payment and POS applications
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across systems
Validate reports, audit logs, and transaction data
Raise, track, and close defects and bugs using test management tools or manual tracking
Coordinate with developers and project managers to ensure timely issue resolution
Participate in UAT and production validation activities
Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports
Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with development, product, and project teams
Validate APIs, microservices, and serverless applications linked to payment workflows

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in POS or payment domain
Strong SQL knowledge for backend data validation
Experience with API testing, data mapping, and integration testing
Good understanding of payment systems and transaction lifecycle
Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, JMeter, or similar
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Exposure to automation testing is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in airline, airport, or payment gateway systems
Understanding of regulatory compliance and audit requirements
