About the Job
The bank is hiring a Cashier / Branch Operations Executive to handle day-to-day customer transactions, support branch sales activities, and assist customers in migrating to digital banking platforms. The role requires strong customer handling skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to work within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Key Responsibilities
You will handle customer instructions within the stipulated TAT and assist customers in adopting digital banking platforms while ensuring all queries are resolved accurately. You will actively participate in branch operations and sales activities to support the achievement of branch sales targets.
The role involves cross-selling and up-selling of banking and third-party products at the welcome desk to generate leads for the branch. You will manage an assigned portfolio of at least 50 customers, focusing on revenue growth and relationship building.
You will make daily database calls to customers, record grievances carefully, share product knowledge, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Ensuring strict compliance with banking norms, internal processes, and transaction guidelines will be a critical part of your responsibilities.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduation is mandatory for this role. The bank is looking for experienced, local candidates only with prior exposure to banking operations, customer service, or teller activities. Strong communication skills and customer-centric behavior are essential.
