About the Job
The bank is hiring a Field Sales Executive – Home Loans to generate new business, promote home loan products, and achieve sales targets. The role involves working closely with customers, builders, brokers, and channel partners while ensuring smooth loan processing and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
You will identify and generate new home loan leads through field sales activities, referrals, and channel partners. The role requires promoting home loan products to individual customers, builders, developers, and brokers, and clearly explaining product features and benefits.
You will understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable home loan or loan against property (LAP) solutions. Assisting customers with loan applications, documentation, and KYC requirements will be a key responsibility. You will coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners, and ensuring full compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory norms are critical parts of this role. You will also track sales activities, maintain accurate MIS reports, and provide post-disbursement support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates should ideally have 1–5 years of experience in home loan sales, mortgage sales, banking, NBFCs, or financial services. Freshers may be considered for junior roles. A strong understanding of home loan products, lending processes, and retail sales is preferred. Good communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships are essential.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Graduation is not mandatory for candidates with relevant sales experience.
