What You Will Be Working On
• Providing 24×5 Training Administration support for global clients
• Assisting customers via email regarding training inquiries or issues
• Offering scheduling solutions and resolution options
• Capturing missing information, documenting details, and raising tickets
• Generating daily/weekly performance reports using MS Excel
• Supporting Learning Management System (LMS) operations and training records
Skills Required
Applicants must have excellent written and verbal English communication, working knowledge of computers, confidence in email handling and customer support interaction. Familiarity with Excel reporting, case management and service coordination will enhance your profile for Customer Success or Training Support careers.
