Swiggy Dineout is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and grow its restaurant partner network in an assigned city. The role requires the individual to relocate and set up a base in the hired city, take complete ownership of partnerships, and drive revenue growth through restaurant onboarding and account management.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for signing new restaurant partners, managing existing accounts, and growing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and advertising solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for restaurants in your city and play a key role in strengthening Swiggy Dineout’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
You will sign contracts with restaurants and handle inquiries from both new and existing partners. The role involves generating sales leads from the market and actively approaching restaurants for onboarding and conversion.
You will maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, advising them on market trends and offering solutions such as discount structures, menu optimisation, adding images and descriptions, and reducing cancellations. Growing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, ad investments, and other monetisation channels will be a core responsibility.
You will complete regular sales reporting, including competition intelligence, partner visit tracking, and monitoring city-level trends. As a field-based role, you will independently handle potential clients and act as the first point of contact on the ground.

Desired Skills & Requirements
Candidates should have decent communication skills in English along with strong local language proficiency, which is mandatory. Basic numerical understanding (such as growth and de-growth trends) is required.
The role demands regular field visits, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and a self-motivated, target-driven attitude. Familiarity with e-commerce or the food delivery industry is a plus but not mandatory. Working knowledge of MS Office or similar tools is beneficial.
