    Job Role & Purpose

    As a Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving area-level revenue, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working with domestic, international, cargo, and e-commerce logistics solutions while following company sales processes and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    The role includes achieving sales and revenue targets for assigned areas, managing and converting new and existing customers, and working closely with channel partners such as franchise centers and service providers. You will handle rate negotiations, follow up on sales leads, ensure timely collections, and resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams. Maintaining accurate sales data and supporting overall market expansion are also key parts of this position.

    Eligibility & Experience

    Candidates should be graduates in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
    Applicants must have 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, courier, supply chain, or e-commerce. Experience in B2B sales and handling channel partners will be an added advantage.
