Role Overview – Cluster Head MM (Delhi)
As Cluster Head – Middle Mile, you will own partner onboarding, training, and operational performance for the entire Delhi cluster. You will be responsible for managing multiple partner facilities, driving operational metrics, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving processes through audits and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Own onboarding and training of new Middle Mile partners
Identify and onboard new logistics partners on a continuous basis
Track, review, and improve partner performance metrics
Visit partner facilities regularly to conduct audits and close operational gaps
Ensure process compliance across all Middle Mile operations
Drive and own key operational KPIs end-to-end for the cluster
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and scalability

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably Middle Mile or sorting operations
Hands-on experience in partner onboarding and training
Strong exposure to field operations, control tower, or cluster-level management
Ability to analyze operations data and recommend process improvements
Willingness to travel across facilities within the assigned cluster
Experience in Jaipur or other parts of Rajasthan is an added advantage
