    CogentHubCX.AI is hiring for Customer Service & Upselling (UK Telecom – Inbound Voice Process) at its Gurugram location. You will handle UK customers, resolve queries, assist with service issues and promote value-added offerings — perfect for those targeting Customer Support Jobs, BPO International Voice Careers or Telecom Process roles.

    What You Will Be Working On

    • Handling UK inbound voice calls professionally
    • Providing support, query resolution and issue handling
    • Identifying upselling opportunities and offering service upgrades
    • Maintaining call quality standards and achieving conversion targets
    • Delivering customer satisfaction through accurate communication

    Who Can Apply

    Work Schedule & Location

    • Location: Sector 19, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
    • Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM – 1:30 AM
    • Working Days: 5 days/week with 2 rotational offs
    • Facility: Home Drop available

    Salary Structure

    • Experienced Candidates: Up to 30% hike on last CTC (max ₹5 LPA) + incentives
    • Freshers: ₹20,000 take-home + incentives
