As a Recruitment Specialist, you will handle full-cycle hiring, candidate assessment and client coordination. This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR Consultancy Careers, Recruitment Process roles, Client Relationship Jobs or Talent Acquisition positions with growth opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid–senior non-IT roles
• Source applicants through job portals, networking and referrals
• Understand job descriptions and align sourcing strategy accordingly
• Conduct candidate evaluations for technical, functional and cultural fit
• Coordinate requirement discussions, feedback management and updation with clients
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams
• Ensure timely hiring closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Skills Required
You must possess strong communication skills, recruitment knowledge, MS Excel familiarity and client relationship confidence, making this profile valuable for HR Jobs, Talent Hiring roles and Placement Consultancy Careers.
Who Can Apply

Salary
