Job Description
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (Paid Media & Performance) with 2–3 years of experience in managing paid ads and performance campaigns. The role includes planning paid strategies, improving conversions, analyzing reports, and ensuring campaigns follow RBI-approved communication standards. You will work on paid traffic growth, retargeting, audience segmentation and data-backed scaling.
About the Job
You will develop and manage paid verticals across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Paid Campaigns and more. A key part of your role will be lowering Cost Per Lead (CPL), improving Return on Investment (ROI) and ensuring high-quality traffic. You will create ad sets, test creatives, run A/B experiments, monitor metrics like CTR, CAC, CVR, and prepare detailed reports for review.
Along with campaigns, you will collaborate with affiliate partners, external media buyers and internal teams to run scalable Digital Performance Campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration along with experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads Campaign Management and Facebook Business Manager. Knowledge of RBI Ad Compliance, Budget Optimization, Analytics Dashboard, Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM tracking and Funnel Optimization will help you perform strongly in this role.
