Job Overview
As a Junior Video Editor, your main responsibility will be to convert AI-generated video scenes into polished, narrative-driven short videos. You will focus on pacing, continuity, sound design, and overall visual quality. This role requires a creative eye, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of storytelling through video.
Key Responsibilities
You will edit scene-based AI video clips and convert them into cohesive story sequences with a clear narrative flow. Your work will involve trimming, stitching, and arranging clips to ensure strong pacing and smooth transitions between scenes. You will also add basic sound design elements such as background music, ambient sounds, sound effects, and dialogue synchronization.
Maintaining visual consistency across scenes is an important part of the role, including tone, timing, and transitions. You will be responsible for exporting videos in the required formats and keeping all project files well-organized for an efficient workflow.
Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you should have working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. A good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual rhythm is essential. You should also have a basic understanding of audio mixing and how to create clean, professional transitions in videos.

Eligibility Criteria
This role is open to freshers and final-year students with 0 to 6 months of experience. Candidates who are comfortable using video editing tools and are eager to learn and grow in a creative environment will be preferred.
Salary and Openings
The offered annual CTC ranges between ₹3,50,000 and ₹4,00,000, depending on skills and performance. There are 3 openings available for this position.
