About the Job
Gandhi Automations is hiring an Area Sales Manager (B2B) to manage direct sales operations in the assigned region. The role focuses on developing new customers, managing existing accounts, closing commercial deals, and achieving defined sales targets through field-based selling.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end industrial product sales, from lead generation and client follow-ups to negotiations and deal closure. The role requires independent handling of clients across residential and commercial segments, along with strong market and competitor understanding.
Key Responsibilities
You will handle sales of company products within the assigned territory and follow up with prospective clients in coordination with the marketing follow-up team to close deals. Retaining existing customers by offering customized solutions and maintaining long-term relationships will be a key responsibility.
You will actively develop new customers through cold calls and other marketing strategies, while formulating business development plans to expand market presence. The role also involves analyzing competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to refine sales approaches.
You will independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to commercial negotiations and closure, and will be responsible for setting and achieving assigned sales targets consistently.
