About the Job
The bank is hiring professionals to handle Gold Loan operations and sales at the branch level. The role focuses on achieving monthly targets, generating leads from the market, maintaining strict compliance, and ensuring smooth processing and closure of gold loans.
Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring that Gold Loan targets of the branch are achieved on a month-on-month basis. The role requires regular market visits to generate new gold loan leads and stay updated on market and competitor activity.
You will ensure smooth and timely processing of gold loans at the branch while maintaining strong coordination with Branch Manager (BM), Branch Operations Manager (BOM), Relationship Managers, and service staff. Maintaining 100% compliance during gold loan processing, documentation, and authorization is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates should be graduates or postgraduates with strong communication and convincing skills. You should have a proven ability to achieve sales targets, generate leads, and build long-term customer relationships. Prior exposure to gold loans or retail banking sales will be an advantage.
