Job Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring data quality, conducting market research, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting reporting and analytics platforms. The role combines field data collection with backend analysis, ensuring that all information entered into the system meets company standards, data integrity, and governance policies.
Key Responsibilities
You will execute processes to monitor data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and consistency across assigned data entities. A major part of the role includes market research and trend analysis, along with collecting data related to various buildings and local markets.
You will ensure that data collection is done strictly as per company-defined standards, perform quality checks, and then enter validated data into internal systems. The role also involves data mining and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and outliers that support forecasting and performance improvement.
You will review data and analysis prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and completeness, assist in building and maintaining reporting models and analytics platforms, and regularly update and maintain databases. Working extensively on Microsoft Excel, you will examine, manipulate, and present data in a clear and meaningful manner. You may also provide informal guidance or technical support to team members when required.

Education & Eligibility
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree such as Any Graduate or B.Sc (Statistics preferred). Postgraduate qualifications like Any PG, MS/M.Sc (Data Informatics, Statistics, or related fields) are also acceptable. A doctorate is not required.
Applicants must have experience in market research and data mining, along with at least two years of experience in an analytical role. Knowledge of real estate industry fundamentals will be a strong advantage. Male candidates with their own vehicle are mandatory for this role.
