HDFC Bank Hiring Relationship Manager Responsibilities
- Find current bank customers who qualify for our special NRI program and mark them in our system.
- Get new NRI customers who fit the program and add them to the system.
- Talk to customers often to know them better and build trust.
- Meet monthly and yearly money goals (revenue targets) by selling products like life insurance (LI), mutual funds (MF), savings accounts (CASA), foreign exchange (FX), and Quickremit.
- Grow the value of the customer group you handle.
- Update customer info in systems like LTR or others as needed.
- Handle customer requests, like opening accounts or solving problems.
- Make sure all account paperwork is correct and follows the rules.
- Follow bank plans, like daily tasks or fee rules, and any new ones we tell you about.
HDFC Bank Hiring Relationship Manager Eligibility
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree (any subject), or a Master’s degree is okay too.
- Experience: 3-8 years working with NRI products and rules.
- Skills:
- Speak and write English well.
- Know how banking products (like accounts, loans, or investments) work.
- Understand NRI banking rules and products.
- Be good at planning and staying organized.
- Know what other banks are doing and what’s new in finance.
