    Hindware Hiring Product Manager Responsibilities

    1. Check the Market:
    • To stay ahead, look at what other companies are selling, such as their features, prices, warranties, and details.
    1. Find Needs and Plan:
    • Figure out what customers need and what’s missing in the market.
    • Plan new products or updates to make our appliances better.
    1. Make New Products (NPD):
    • Work with the sourcing team to set product details and with quality control to check them.
    • Decide what the product should be like (features, look, and rules).
    • Handle product samples.
    1. Lead Teams:
    • Team up with research, design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to build products from idea to store shelves.
    1. Help Launch Products:
    • Give marketing teams info for packaging, ads, catalogs, and launch notes.
    • Check all designs (artworks) before sending them to vendors.
    1. Support Sales:
    • Train sales teams so they know everything about the products and can sell them well.
    • Join customer meetings, answer questions, and share updates on stock and price stickers.
    1. Handle Operations:
    • Make EAN codes (barcodes) on the GS1 Data Kart website.
    • Create product codes in SAP and work with IT to update systems.
    • Keep product info correct on e-commerce sites and the Hindware website.
    • Work with sourcing to get products to the warehouse on time.

    Skills:

    • Be great at studying markets and competitors.
    • Understand what customers want and how to plan products.
    • Work well with different teams (like design, sales, and manufacturing).
    • Know how to train people and explain products clearly.

    • Comfortable using systems like SAP and online platforms.
