As a Relationship Manager – Farmer Finance, you will act as a trusted partner for customers, understanding their financial needs and offering fair, transparent, and suitable banking solutions. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
You will deliver service excellence by supporting customers throughout their financial lifecycle. The focus will be on being fair to the customer and fair to the bank in all interactions.
Business Development
You will be responsible for sourcing and selling Kisan Credit Cards (KCC), acquiring new customers, and increasing the wallet share of existing customers by offering relevant agricultural and retail banking products.
360-Degree Banking Support
You will work closely with internal teams to offer a wide range of banking solutions, including savings products, loans, overdrafts, investment products, business loans, and other financial services.
Portfolio Quality Management
You will ensure the quality and sustainability of the customer portfolio while maintaining strong compliance and risk standards.
Branch Support
You will assist in maintaining branch operations as per guidelines, ensuring proper infrastructure and smooth day-to-day functioning.

Education:
UG – Any Graduate
Experience:
Graduates with relevant experience in relationship management are preferred.
