Regional Sales Manager (B2C): We are looking for young, energetic individuals with a passion for sales and achieving ambitious targets. This role is part of our Agency Business, where you will recruit, train, and support advisors to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-quality advisors to build a strong sales team.
- Provide continuous training on products, business processes, and selling techniques.
- Assist advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
- Ensure advisors offer the right financial solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve monthly business targets for new sales and advisor recruitment.
- Ensure all sales activities meet quality standards and company policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and ensure proper validation.
- Conduct due diligence to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
- Candidates who are willing to travel and work across locations will be preferred.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles in any industry.
- No prior experience in life insurance required.
