About the Job
The bank is hiring a Field Sales Executive to expand its retail lending business. The role focuses on identifying new markets, generating leads through local activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing from login to disbursement.
Role & Responsibilities
You will identify new markets and work towards attracting customers by generating leads through activities such as canopy events, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and local outreach. You will service leads received from internal sales teams, cross-selling channels, and other sources.
The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer retention to meet product sales and new client growth targets. You will be responsible for achieving individual performance targets related to income generation, loan sales, and customer acquisition.
You will support customers throughout the entire loan journey, from login to sanction and disbursement, including fulfilment, counselling, and handholding. Ensuring that customers do not become non-starters is important, including coordinating with collections teams for EMI recovery if required.
Building strong relationships in the local market by engaging with builders, business communities, and channel partners will be a key part of this role.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
You will recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality in the assigned area. The role also involves suggesting improvements in retail banking processes and policies to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to leverage in-house synergies is expected, along with supporting talent attraction and retention for key roles within the reporting structure.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates should have experience in retail sales, field sales, home loans, LAP, or mortgage products. Strong relationship-building skills, customer-handling ability, and a target-driven mindset are essential. Prior exposure to housing loans or affordable housing products will be an advantage.
