About the Job
IIDE — Asia’s most trusted Digital Marketing Institute — is hiring Telecallers / Admission Counselling Executives to handle outbound calling, lead nurturing and enrolment support. You will act as the first point of communication for prospective learners, helping them discover relevant programs and assisting the sales team in conversions.
What You Will Be Working On
• Making outbound calls to explain course offerings and benefits
• Understanding learner goals and identifying suitable programs
• Conducting timely follow-ups to drive enrolments
• Updating CRM tools with accurate information and call outcomes
• Sharing daily reports, feedback and conversion insights with the sales manager
• Supporting sales/admissions teams during events or targeted campaigns

Skills Required
You must have strong skills in Cold Calling, Spoken English, Interpersonal Communication and Basic Sales Ability. Experience in EdTech, counselling or inside sales will enhance your growth potential — especially for those targeting Student Counsellor Jobs or Admission Advisor roles.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support or sales are eligible.
You must be confident in English and Hindi (or regional language), handle objections professionally and have basic computer & CRM familiarity.

Salary
