Role Overview
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and recommending the right solutions to support their growth. You will work as an individual contributor, responsible for client satisfaction, renewals, and revenue enhancement through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 4–5 in-person client meetings daily to ensure satisfaction and effective platform usage
- Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on long-term success
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling of IndiaMART solutions
- Ensure timely follow-ups, systematic closures, and quick resolution of client complaints
- Achieve monthly client retention and renewal targets through consistent engagement
