About the Job
As an Engineering Center Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering teams based in Europe and India. Your responsibility will be to align workflows, support project execution, and maintain effective communication across locations.
The role focuses on multiple energy domains including Renewable Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Transmission & Distribution, Thermal Energy, Gas, and Decarbonization projects. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure predictable delivery and operational excellence.
Key Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between international engineering teams. You will support project planning by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.
You will facilitate regular coordination meetings, ensure proper documentation of discussions, and follow up on action items. Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and escalating issues when required will be a critical part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
You will also support the alignment of engineering processes, tools, quality standards, workload management, reporting systems, and documentation practices across Europe and India. Driving change management and cultural integration to strengthen collaboration between global teams will be an important aspect of this role.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility
Applicants must hold an M.E or M.Tech degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in engineering coordination, project execution, or technical leadership roles.
Strong communication skills, the ability to work with international stakeholders, and experience in cross-functional engineering environments are essential for success in this position.
