    Job Overview

    The selected candidate will work closely with individual donors and supporters to explain WWF-India’s conservation initiatives, build trust-based relationships, and ensure long-term donor engagement. The role involves donor acquisition, retention, and upgrade, along with continuous relationship management. It requires strong communication skills, a performance-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under targets and timelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contact donors through calls, emails, and meetings to clearly explain WWF-India’s conservation work
    • Identify and onboard high-value donors and build long-term relationships within key funding areas
    • Manage existing donor relationships to maximize engagement and contribution opportunities
    • Convert, retain, and upgrade donors from the existing database to improve retention ratios
    • Develop donor relationships across different levels of the donor pyramid and reactivate inactive donors
    • Maintain professionalism while representing WWF-India’s mission and values

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in donor fundraising, sales, customer acquisition, or relationship management
    • Strong skills in business development, cold calling, client relationship management, and sales
    • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet performance targets
    • Team-oriented, performance-driven, and self-motivated personality
    • Graduate, Postgraduate, or MBA from a recognized university
    • Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred
