About the Role
As an IT Engineer / Tester, you will be responsible for testing, administering, troubleshooting, and supporting customer application systems. Key Responsibilities

Skills and Experience Required
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience working with Ericsson products such as Ericsson Charging, Billing, DMP, CIS, Order Care, and Catalog Manager. Hands-on experience with JIRA or any test management tool is required. Familiarity with test automation tools, defect management tools, and verification tools is highly valued. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
