You’ll help the boss (OMP) and their team make more money and build better friendships with clients. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Help make and follow a big plan to grow the business.
- Set up meetings or calls to check how big projects are going.
- Make slide shows for important meetings with top bosses.
- Help prepare talks for new clients, industries, or products.
- Work with money and sales teams to study data (like CRM) and share smart ideas about clients, areas, or goals.
- Find new clients and markets to grow the business.
- Plan big events or ideas (like articles or talks) with other teams.
- Help run events or work with groups we sponsor.
- Share news about our company inside (like emails or updates) and outside (like social media or media questions).
- Collect and share stories, wins, or info to help win new work.
- Bring teams together to feel like a big family.
- Keep track of important meetings and calls for the boss.

- Experience: At least 3 years working in business.
- Skills:
- Be super nice and talk well with important people like bosses.
- Write great reports, emails, or slides for news or updates.
- Plan events or projects neatly.
- Look at numbers and find cool ideas from them.
