Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in critical business systems to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and execute Exchange Server SE upgrades and manage Exchange hybrid environments
- Perform mailbox migrations from On-Prem Exchange to Microsoft 365
- Monitor Exchange infrastructure for performance, availability, and security
- Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and RBAC roles in Exchange Online
- Design and develop PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Prem environments
- Ensure system compliance, security, and coordination with AD and security teams

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server (On-Prem & Online)
- In-depth knowledge of Exchange hybrid configurations and migration strategies
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server administration
- Working experience with Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, TLS/SSL certificates
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and reporting
