Key Responsibilities (Jobs Hiring – Core Role)
- Own end-to-end customer growth, targeting up to 3x revenue growth within a year
- Build new categories/products in fruits and vegetables from zero to one
- Own solutioning, execution, and P&L for assigned projects
- Create and scale new sales channels for fresh produce
- Drive product and quality innovation to build customer differentiation
- Identify growth blockers and work with internal and external stakeholders to solve them
- Coordinate across sales, supply, operations, product, and demand teams
- Implement, test, and iterate new growth solutions at speed

Work Structure & Travel Requirement
This is a customer on-site role for the first 2 years. You will spend nearly 80% of your time at customer locations or supply clusters. Extensive travel is required, and this exposure is a critical part of the learning curve. This role is not suitable for candidates looking only for office-based job postings in the early years.
Eligibility & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience after MBA (Tier 2 institutes preferred)
