Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls related to Kotak 811 products and services
Provide clear and accurate product information to customers
Identify customer requirements and perform cross-selling of banking products

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have minimum 6 months of sales experience in any industry, with BFSI experience preferred
Freshers are not eligible for this role
Graduation in any stream is mandatory
Age limit is 18 to 32 years
Excellent spoken English communication skills are required
No employment gap exceeding 6 months will be considered
Salary, Shift & Work Schedule
The offered salary can go up to ₹3,50,000 CTC, depending on interview performance. The role includes a 9-hour rotational shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Initially, there are 4 rotational week offs per month, which increase to 6 week offs per month after confirmation.
