This role is focused on non-voice processes, where candidates will handle global customers through chat and email support. The position is suitable for individuals who have strong written communication skills, prior international support experience, and a customer-centric approach.

    Job Overview

    The International Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to customers from international markets such as the US, UK, and Australia. The role requires multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strict adherence to service quality standards and SLAs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide real-time support to international customers via chat and email
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
    • Troubleshoot basic technical or product-related issues as per defined SOPs
    • Maintain high standards of response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
    • Document all interactions clearly in CRM and ticketing systems
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Ensure compliance with quality parameters and process guidelines
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
    • Support process improvements and knowledge-base updates

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer support
    • Prior experience in non-voice (chat & email) processes preferred
    • Excellent written English with strong grammar and clarity
    • Good comprehension and articulation skills
    • Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
    • Good typing speed and accuracy
    • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
    • Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage
    • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge preferred

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day, night, and morning)
    • Customer-focused professionals with a problem-solving mindset
