About the Job
The Expertzs is hiring an Event Manager who will be responsible for managing events from concept to execution. The role involves direct client interaction, creative planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, team supervision, and on-site execution. This position requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in managing live events.
Client and Project Management Responsibilities
As an Event Manager, you will meet clients to understand their event objectives, audience profile, budget, and expectations. You will prepare detailed event proposals, concepts, and presentations and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Regular client meetings, approvals, feedback sessions, and managing last-minute changes will be part of your daily work while ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
Event Planning and Concept Development
You will create event themes, layouts, run-of-show plans, and guest flow designs. The role includes developing execution timelines, production schedules, and detailed checklists. You will coordinate closely with creative, design, and production teams and plan all logistics including stage, sound, lighting, décor, AV, and branding to ensure seamless execution.

Budgeting and Cost Control
The position requires preparing detailed event budgets and cost estimates, negotiating with vendors for best pricing and quality, and tracking expenses to ensure events stay within approved budgets. Vendor and Partner Management
You will be responsible for identifying and appointing vendors such as venues, caterers, décor partners, AV vendors, artists, and transport providers. Site visits and technical recces will be conducted to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Managing vendor contracts, timelines, and deliverables will be a key part of your role.
Skills, Experience, and Salary
